• In the case that the user violates the terms of use, Sarnd has the right to seek civil and criminal liability against the user who caused the damage. It will demand the necessary compensation from the user, and has the right to take what it deems appropriate.

The services provided by other websites are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to those third parties, and Sarnd does not bear any liability arising from that.
